Location was great and the view

The outlets in one room didn’t work so couldn’t watch tv or charge phones .

Spacious and Quiet, great location. Clean. Has everything you need if you plan to cook/eat-in. The couch is large enough for everyone to sit, plus some. There are ample clothing storage options (armoires and dresser). There is a washer and dryer. The elevator was helpful for carrying our bags up and down the stairs. We didn't get to use it because we were too busy or tired to do so, but the pool looked great and was very close to the condo. The property manager is kind and wants your stay to be great. Maintenance is available in case of any issues.

Locations

The property was not that clean. Whoever cleans it does the very minimum. They only had supplies for one day we was there from Sunday to Saturday, I had to repeatedly contact the property manager just to get a response only for her to not do anything and after I reported the refrigerator issues, the property manager never replied or followed up. We accidentally locked the key in the apartment we had call over and over again until we finally got a response. She sent an locksmith. Reliable internet is essential, especially if guests want to watch TV, but the Wi-Fi was poor and the TV constantly buffered throughout our stay. It felt like the owner was trying to save money by not providing adequate internet service. Unit did not have it own WiFi. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and unresolved maintenance issues made for a disappointing experience.
