No one’s ever at the front desk

Did not like anything. I had to change rooms multiple times. Frogs in first room. Mice in second room. Cigarette Burn holes all over the third room. I was here for almost a month due to my job. I tried airbnbs off and on It’s cheap for a reason I bought new bedding and towels to stay there

service is awful. when we checked in around 10PM, the front desk told us there was no room for us. I asked for an explanation, she said she could see the reservation on the system, but there is just no room for us, and there is nothing she can do to help. I have a kid with injured leg, I could not reaching booking.com, there is only AI avaialbe.

There was a mouse in my room. A mouse. So that violates every health code that’s ever existed. I want a refund and I want this place to quite frankly be shut down by the health department.

Beds are so uncomfortable. Pillows flatten out and the mattress is so hard. Woke with a backache and headache. Tossed all night.

RATS IN THE ROOMS

Nothing, everything about this hotel is just terrible. If you are thinking about staying here, please don´t do it for your own health and safety.

There are rats in the rooms. We went to lobby to complain about it and they were the most indifferent, not very empathetic and cynics as it was the most common situation for them. Surely they are used to this situation. Also they were more guests there and they were complaining about the same things so they have this problem in all rooms in all the hotel and the kitchen. They didn´t gave us any refund nor even an apology. Even though we decided to move to another hotel since we couldn't stand being there any longer.

A nice hotel but the personnel at the front desk were not as friendly & personable as I expected.

I liked having the k-cup coffee maker in the room so I could have the coffee I like best!!! I liked being able to use the exercise room. I liked the breakfast. I did not realize that the hotel offered such a nice breakfast so that was a nice surprise. I liked the bed and comfy pillows. At first I thought the bed was a little too firm but I ended up being very confortable. At first I thought the pillows were too small but they were really comfy and helped me to have a good night sleep. I liked the toiletries that were available. The location was great for getting back on the road for traveling to our destination. Overall, I was happy with my visit.

I did not realize the hotel was going to be so close to a busy, noisy road but in the end the noises didn't bother me much and I slept well. I thought that the people at the front desk seemed distracted and not very welcoming or upbeat. The woman at the front desk the day after I arrived was better than the 2 who were there on the day we arrived. It was a bit hard to tell if the neighborhood was safe but we had no problems. One time when I was downstairs, I felt that the TV in the lobby was too loud.

I wanted somewhere cheap to get some sleep and a hot shower. It did that.

Room was good, the guy at check in was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good, shower water pressure and heat were excellent!

Parking is out back. When you put the address in GPS it takes you to out front on the opposite side of the road. Had to go around 4-5 blocks to get back to it. There was only a small trash can in the bathroom. No trash can in the main room. Over night clerk was not very friendly.

Location was close to Acrisure and PNC and easy to get to. Price was good.

It took a long time to check in. Waited in line for about 30 minutes. Woke up in the middle of the night to people yelling outside. Turned the fan on and fell back to sleep.

Was woke up at 5:00AM by a mouse that chewed a hole in my backpack located on the other bed. I discovered this by the debris left on the bedspread and the noise of chewing that woke me up. Called the front desk, no answer. Walked downstairs to report, she walked outside for smoke break. The person setting up the breakfast told me the manager would be in around 8 - 9:00AM. With only 4 hrs. sleep, my stomach hurt and waited around until 8:30 and left. Left my information for the manager to call me but never did for a reimbursement.

We like the motel. It was fairly easy to get too and was clean.

The motel was conveniently located close to the place I had to go. The place was clean, other than someone smoking in the elevator. Staff were not very friendly, but were all business. Overall our stay was nice.

The one thing I didn’t like was stepping on the elevator and smelling cigarette smoke.

Felt as though I was unwelcomed except by ed

The lambs on both sides of the bed are being held together with what looks like. Paper wedged in between 2 parts to keep them from leaning too far forward. Then my. Door doesn't shut all the way. In order to close it and it locked, you had to literally force it shut., to top it. All off two different times did I see a mouse running across my room NOT COOL AT ALL....

A lot of vagrants mingling in the parking lot and near the second floor entrance. The smell of marijuana was always present. We were approached by an obviously drug induced woman while with our five year old great niece at the indoor pool. She threatened us to not follow her, which we were not, and stood outside the exit door to the pool area for several minutes. I called the front desk and asked them to send someone to check her out but no one ever came. Apparently it wasn’t a concern to them. On Friday night there were several young black teenagers moving about the halls and sitting on the floor outside my room. At one point a young man knocked on my door. I looked through the peephole as he walked away. I’m not sure they were even guests or what there reason for being gathered in the halls were but we didn’t feel safe. The shower drain was clogged and the water spilled in the hall outside our room and onto the carpet. We alerted the front desk but all they did was send more towels. My wife proceeded to pull some large clumps of hair from the drain which you think would be removed when cleaning. There were tears on the ottoman and the walls were scoffed and paint missing. Room was minimally cleaned.

no shuttle-we have stayed multiple times and theres always shuttle service-this is the reason we choose to stay at this hotel because the shuttle service to and from concert venue. There should have been something saying they no loner offer shuttle service. Also the grass/weeds around the parking lot are about 4 feet high.

Location is perfect for going to the games, and walking to shops and places to eat. Friendly staff. Easy to get to. Ample parking.

Disappointed for the price

The receptionists were great folk; very pleasant, helpful, quick, and calm. A small fridge and a microwave- pleasant surprises.

This review is subjective to the price I paid - over $600 for 2 nights. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. The bathroom clothes hanger was not screwed in - so couldn’t hang anything to it. Room was quite gloomy; it can be made much brighter.
