Room was clean and mostly comfortable. Staff was more than friendly and helped us retrieve, and deliver to the airport, a forgotten item before our flight left. 5 stars to the staff.
Hallways and elevator were filthy. Looked like they haven't been vacuumed in weeks. The room was very humid, maybe it's just Florida, I don't know.
