1. Locația - partia Kalinderu este la 3 minute de mers lejer pe jos. 2. Parcare privata 3. Curățenia
Nu se eliberează factură fiscală sau bon fiscal, aviz amatorilor de decontare servicii turistice. Exista riscul să rămâneți fără apă (calda+rece) la baie și bucătărie din cauza unor lucrări în zonă.
