The location was really good. The room was spacious and the staff there was incredibly nice. Had a good stay.
So, for a Taj, i was kinda disappointed. It felt like any normal chain like a Ramada or a Radisson. There was nothing special honestly, something which would make you feel like you really were staying in someplace special. There were tags all over which said that the Taj has been the strongest Brand in Hotels for Year 2025, 2026, but putting these up in the hotel seemed a bit stupid, because it is nothing special, just like any other normal 5 year hotel.

The beautiful lobby with supportive team to help from you put your feet at the venue till you sit in the car return from your holiday.
The room so beautiful with the much provided facilities just like you required on daily basis with good qualities.

It’s spacious and well maintained
The service at the breakfast room / dining room was mediocre and the staff on general appear poorly trained. Last few occasions I have also complained about the external lights shining into the room. It’s a bit annoying that they can’t fix the problem and will do it only after the guest complains.
