Apartment has everything you need, built and furnished with high standards; hosts even left coffee and milk for us!

Even though the property has direct access to the beach, the beach itself was kind of disappointing but we still enjoyed spending a short afternoon there.

The apparent is very modern and bright, it has everything you might need. The owner thought of everything, i.e. washing machine, washing products, iron board, even an hair straightener and so on. The balcony is nice, it has a sofa to relax. The bed is very comfortable. Super wifi. Proximity to the beach.

The place is very beautiful and has so much potential, however is not well taking care off unfortunately. Cleaning could be better, the place deserves a deep cleaning. Bedsheets and towels were clean, but the rest was just cleaned superficially. There were several old stains on the floor, kitchen area, bathroom door, fungus in the shower etc. The hot water in the shower doesn't last long (probably due to the boiler). The tiles in the shower were not plastered and therefore fungus growed in between. This location is only good if you don't want to go anywhere else. El Gouna is a closed area, there's a gate and you can only enter if you live there. Uber cannot come here and you'll have to use the more expensive taxi company in the compound. Outsiders cannot even come to visit you unless you're an owner. There are few shops and mostly western restaurants in the Marina. There's not much to do (so in case you are looking for that, than this place is perfect for that). If you want to travel around it's better to stay in Hurghada.
