Located between Berry and Poitou, in the heart of the Brenne Regional Natural Park, this renovated house offers an ideal starting point to explore the treasures of the region. Just 300 meters from the Creuse River, perfect for fishing (license required) and swimming, you will enjoy an exceptional natural setting just a stone's throw from the village.
Nearby, discover the unique architectural heritage of Poitou, such as the Abbey of Saint-Savin, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the charming village of Angles-sur-l'Anglin, recognized as one of the most beautiful in France. The house is also close to the town of Le Blanc, gateway to the Brenne Park, ideal for hiking, bird watching and discovering the typical landscapes of the thousand ponds. Detached house with garden, front yard (not fenced) and terrace ideal for enjoying the outdoors.
Ground floor: equipped kitchen (with filter coffee maker), spacious dining room / living room, a comfortable bedroom with a 160 cm bed, bathroom and separate toilet.
