In Berry, near Châteauroux, the National Shooting Sports Center (CNTS), and the George Sand House.
This charming house is located in the grounds of the Château de Clavières, bordering the Indre River and surrounded by a beautiful forest perfect for walks, boating, or canoeing on the river.
Here, time seems to stand still in an ideal setting for fishing enthusiasts and hikers, with its numerous trails and fitness trail.
It's also perfect for tourists wishing to follow in George Sand's footsteps with her walking tour and explore the Berry region and its castles.
Amenities include a shared, heated, covered swimming pool (12 x 4 meters), bicycles, a rowboat, a canoe, and a pedal boat for exploring the Indre River, as well as a designated fishing area. On the ground floor, a lovely kitchen opens onto a large terrace with a table and garden furniture, and a spacious shared garden furnished with sun loungers, a ping-pong table, and a barbecue area. You will appreciate a large, welcoming living/dining room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) that also opens onto the terrace and garden, as well as a spacious bedroom (accessible for people with disabilities) with a double bed, an en-suite shower room (walk-in shower), and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms with wardrobes or closets, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, and one of the three bedrooms has an en-suite shower room with a shower and toilet. Heating (pellet boiler) and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Parking is available on the property.

Single bed sheets: €14 each
Double bed sheets: €16 each
Towels: €8 per person
Pets are welcome with a supplement of €10 per day per pet. The price includes: end-of-stay cleaning and heating.
