About this cottage rental
In Berry, between the Creuse Valley and the Brenne River, you can enjoy the charm of the Bouzanne River (fishing, canoeing, kayaking, etc.) or the joys of a bike ride along the Voie Verte (Green Way) that runs along the Creuse River. In the heart of nature, hikes are available from the cottage.
A Himalayan footbridge is 150 meters long and more than 15 meters above the Creuse River.
Beautiful visits to Argenton-sur-Ceuse (the Green Venice), Saint-Marcel, Saint-Benoit-du-Sault, and Gargilesse-Dampierre, all medieval towns, or the covered wooden bridge in Chabenet (unique in Europe). George Sand's homeland, with its centenary in 2023.
Fiber optics and Wi-Fi are available in the cottage. On a quiet street in the town center, this house has a private, enclosed garden of 300 m² and a terrace. Not overlooked.
On the ground floor: entrance hall - WC - living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge. Wi-Fi and fiber optic cable for remote working.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 x 180 cm) and bathroom/WC.
A 90 cm bed can be added if necessary.
Gas heating (charged according to consumption). Electricity is also available.
Baby crib on site.
Private parking for the cottage.
Fishing in the Bouzanne River, 500 meters away (category 1). No possibility.
