On the edge of Touraine, this townhouse offers a large enclosed and wooded plot (1,400 m²) in the heart of a Berry village crossed by the Indrois River, with its town hall and castle. There is a communal pond with a pétanque court and fishing. Restaurants in Saint-Genou and Villegouin (self-service) are 10 km away. A few minutes away, you can discover the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, the Beauval Zoo-Parc, the Haute-Touche Nature Reserve, the Indre Green Cycle Route, the Brenne Regional Natural Park, and two lakes for swimming. In Saint-Genou, there is supervised swimming, a fitness trail, fishing, and children's playground. On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a fireplace, a living room (TV, radio), and a large bathroom and toilet. A games room with a ping-pong table, darts, mini-pool table, and foosball table.
The vacation rental has 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor, a 14m² bedroom (1 single bed (120cm), TV).
On the 1st floor: an 11m² bedroom (1 double bed, TV) and a 15m² connecting bedroom (2 single beds (90cm), TV).
