We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Wonderful layout that maximizes space and can fit a lot of people, AC units helped with warm nights, and the location can't be beat. Would have liked for the bats and bat droppings to be addressed. Management was made aware and we were told a solution was forthcoming, but nothing ever happened. It rendered our back porch obsolete and kept us from being able to enjoy the porch and view.

This condo is great! Beautiful view of the river. Great Location was perfect for skiing, just a short walk to bus taking you to lifts! Central to Avon and very quiet! Loved the bike path behind the unit for walking. Rental agency and Owner was very accommodating to our needs!

My family and I stayed 15 days at this beautiful apartment. The view is magnificent and itâs very quiet.
Going skiing is simple since the bear parking lot with bus service to the slopes is a 5 minute walk. Walks along the Eagle River, behind the apartment, are a perfect way to relax.
The apartment has everything we needed. However, the washing machine didnât work. The property manager provided a service where our wash was picked up in the morning and delivered in the afternoon. Thank you, Eva! The only suggestion i have is to provide more small plates (small detail).
In short. A great stay.

This was a very nice location on the river with many amenities. The online description was very accurate. However, the rental company gave us the wrong garage entrance code which we confirmed with a neighbor and we were finally able to access the garage. Also, the refrigerator was functioning but was intermittently incredibly loud and we suspect there was a problem with the compressor. Kept some of the group awake at night. The dishwasher needed attention and didnât clean anything well so we ended up hand washing the dishes after the dishwasher cycle. The vacuum was full of debris and the brush was not rotating as thick hair and dental floss were preventing rotation. Since we were engineers and neat freaks, we worked on the vacuum yet it still needs attention. The kitchen was disorganized and a bit dirty but we were able to put together a great Xmas dinner with what was on hand in the kitchen. Kitchen could use a good clean and reorganizing.
