The location right at the beachfront is awesome. The common area was well maintained, pleasant and quiet, allowing for privacy and relaxation in the evenings. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable.
The kitchen could benefit from more utensils.

The location was absolutely perfect. Right on the beach and near to everything. The pool was fun for the kids. And the cottage was bigger than I expected. It was private and peaceful. The staff was attentive and very helpful, especially Fondo.
One of the a/c units couldn't be adjusted, so the room was too cold, and the beds only had sheets on them, no blankets. So that room ended up not using a/c, which was a bit disappointing, but ok with the ocean breeze.

I enjoyed my stay at Diwani Cottage, which sits at Silver sands beach right at the seafront. I was received warmly by Barack and Fondo, and even though I arrived earlier than the check in time, I was well taken care of, as I waited to check in. Fondo was friendly, kind and helpful, he does a great job of taking care of the guests as well as the place. I was happy that the room had AC and a fan and that they both worked fine.
The room felt like it needed a few renovations, the balcony door handle kept falling off. The drainage in the shower was slow.
