We loved all the small conveniences that were provided after a week of staying in park lodging, something as small as providing coffee, and laundry detergent was so appreciated.

Location with walking distance to restaurants and comfort of kitchen, living room and master bedroom

Thin walls - heard outside noise and footsteps early upstairs. Bottom mattress of bunk bed should be replaced. It was a hassle to figure out the second car parking options. Was told we couldn’t park second car on site. I had to contact town office and speak to a city employee to get a parking pass at public lot.

The fixtures and finishes were top notch, everything we could need. I could see the mountains from the balcony, which was lovely.

Great location within walking distance to the tram and gondola. Easy walk to shuttles to Jackson. Liked indoor parking. Brought groceries from home and using kitchen saves us money. Great hot showers and plenty of towels. Enjoyed learning the game, Rummikub every night. Plenty of dishwasher pods, paper towels and spices in the cabinets. Extra coffee filters and a bag of coffee on the counter.

Very cold against the windows. Drafty. Front entrance needed a floor mat since always wet. Fireplace did not work, smoke permeated the unit immediately although the flue was open. Not able to view subscription services on cable TV with own sign-in. Disappointed no puzzles. We were on the bottom floor and heard the noisy garage door open and close, but thankfully, not at all late at night. Dishes in the cabinet not clean. Would recommend washing all dishes before use.
