We felt like at home. The apartment is large and was ideal for our family of 4. The exchange with the host was pleasant with someone responsive. The apartment is renovated and well maintenened.
Very close to the beach...about 5-6 minutes. Rather pleasant. The neighborhood was very quiet; we slept very well.
As is done a lot now, the presence of a washing machine would be a real plus. We didn't miss the TV but we were hoping for a good movie night with the overhead projector...unfortunately this one is terribly tired!
Some plumbing problems in one of the bathrooms but the owner assured me that he would do the necessary. Because there are two bathrooms...we don't hold it against him. Building a little old but the apartment is renovated and well maintenened

close to the beach, nice apartment, equipped with all what you need in a very kind and personal manner by the host.
we left an item in the apartment- our host contacted us immediately and arranged for shipping to our next location - best service ever!

location. walkable to the beach
no tv. someone(maybe cleaner) enter the house without call because we re late check out around 5-10 minutes and that time i was wearing the towel. old building but the interior of the apartment is acceptable..
