Sterling Shores is currently undergoing a beautification project, which includes work on all balconies and walkways throughout the property. Renovations are taking place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We have blocked off units that are directly affected, but some guests may still experience occasional floor grinding noise and light dust as the work progresses.
Project Updates:
* Balconies ending in 01 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 19.
* Balconies ending in 02 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 14.
* Floors 2 and 3 are closed and scheduled to reopen by February 28.
* The penthouse (PH) floor is tentatively scheduled for resurfacing from November 26–December 4, 2026. Light construction noise and dust may be present during this time.
* Roof work is tentatively scheduled from April through July 2026. While no major disruptions are expected, the timeline may shift due to weather conditions.

There's plenty to help you relax in this bright space, including central air conditioning to help keep you comfortable throughout your stay. A private washer/dryer will help towels and swimsuits stay beach-ready. The family-friendly space includes a sofabed, in case someone feels like camping out in the living room. As part of your stay, guests will be able to access the shared pool, seasonal snack shack, fitness room, and gas grill! The shared outdoor shower will rinse off sandy toes before you head inside. Kick back in style at this bright retreat by the sea!

The beach is so close, you can pick up takeout from The Back Porch and enjoy it right on the sand! Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, just over four miles away. Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just over one miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just over one mile from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals, including a rare albino alligator.

We stayed at this great unit located at Sterling Shores. The unit is high enough to get a great view of the emerald shores beaches and water. The unit had nearly everything you’d need for an extended stay. The beach access was convenient. The Backporch Restaurant was very close (albeit expensive). Only good things to say about this Condo. However, there was ongoing construction (as noted in the description), which included grinding of the exterior walls, workers set up in the hallways during the day, and a lot of dust, but that’s not within owners control.

Condo was wonderful … owners spent a lot of thoughtful time and money in making this unit beautiful. The management company lets the owners down. During our stay, only one of the elevators worked.. resulting in 30-50 waits to get to the condo. Climbing the stairs was not an option due to recent open heart surgery. The condo smelled of the last renters … apparently bacon was their last meal. Called the management company and asked for something to get rid of the overpowering bacon smell.. request was ignored.. so went to the local grocery store and bought an odor disinfectant. Master bath had mold in the shower… informed management.. never heard back.
Overall a beautiful condo.. the owners are poorly served by he management company.
