Lovely basic room to get away from it all!

Very quiet, large comfy bed, our daughter slept on the large sofa bed. Small garden terrace to sit outside.

No soap/ gel provided which could be problematic if travelling light. Bathroom door didn't close.

This is a beautiful, secluded spot on a gorgeous island with an outstanding hostess.

We loved this place. It was a phenomenal few days in a remote but perfect location. Mljet is a marvellous island, but for us Ropa was the mot idyllic spot to experience it. We were away from the more tourist spots although here has a small campsite nearby. The room was small but perfect, a huge bed and a great little kitchen. We walked forests, hills, found little coves to swim and tortoises and butterflies and a constant Cicada chorus. Swimming in the lagoons was wonderful and the lakes too, up in the national park. We walked (not far, around 6km, but hilly) to Kozarica (population - 28) and the great little beach there. There is Odysseus's cave and that is well worth the visit (we had a car that day) and other places around the island so worth exploring (of course, the lakes in the national park). The room had a terrace we would sit out at night, shared with two other apartments but a quiet space. This is a remote spot, not noisy or rowdy, come for the silence and for nature. the host is wonderful, warm and informative (she knows the names of all the winds and their effects on sea and air). We were warmly welcomed, they organised the car for us and always had a conversation, asked how things were going and always smiling and charming. A Perfect spot.

Ropa Mljet

This was our second stay here. Nice and clean room with kitchen. Ropa is a very quiet village, highly recommend for relaxing and Ropa beach is stunning. We loved our time here. Thank you!

Our hosts! They were wonderful! The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and, spotlessly clean. The closest beach was one of the most beautiful we'd been to and the snorkeling was awesome!

Nothing but, the accommodation is quite far from the town, so you need transport. This wasn't a problem due to our fantastic hosts! Can't thank them enough, they really made our stay!

Nice studio apartment in a great location

The host Is very kind and gentle, she also knows italian and gives you advices about the surroundings. The apartment is fully equipped and is located in a green and peaceful area. With a five minute walk you'll find yourself in a true paradise ideal for snorkeling lovers.

The only negative things are the plastic curtains which let the light come in in the morning.

Paisible séjour sur la magnifique Mljet

L'accueil de Marijana a été parfait après un long périple pour nous faire sentir comme à la maison! La communication en amont avait déjà été de qualité pour que l'on dispose de toutes les informations. On a pu profiter des 2 studios collés avec terrasse commune et vue mer, à l'abri de l'orage du jour mais parfait pour les repas en famille ou lire au calme. Marijana nous a aussi très bien aiguillé pour explorer l'île, notre séjour a été parfait grâce à ça, merci encore!

L'accès à la plage d'en bas mais l'île est tellement riche que ça n'a pas vraiment manqué

Iznimno ugodno, lijepo, mirno mjesto za kvalitetni odmor sa prijaznim i dragim domaćinima

Lokacija je mirna, lijepo malo mjesto sa par kuća. Plaža je stjenovita i bez puno ljudi (nekad smo bili i sami). Ovo je za pravi odmor od poslovnog dijela života i stresnih svakodnevnih situacija. Domaćini su izuzetno prijazni, dragi ljudi koji se trude da svojim gostima omoguće što ugodniji boravak. Mi smo se osjećali jako ugodno i prihvaćeno. Apartman je jako uredan i čisti. Vlasnici redovite održavaju čistoću prostora, vanjskog i unutarnjeg. Preporučila bi svakome tko se želi maknuti od svakodnevice, uživati u prirodi i miru te si pružiti pravi odmor za dušu:) Ako ćemo biti u mogućnosti vratit ćemo se opet:)
