Apartamento excelente para uma estadia longa. Localizado em um ótimo bairro. Me senti super segura, inclusive de noite. Se você souber andar por lá, vai encontrar o Hipermaxi, ótimas cafeterias, lugares para comer, por perto. Cozinha bem equipada com um frigobar que resfria bem. Uma sacada singela, mas com boa ventilação e ótimos vizinhos. A acústica maravilhosa, tornando o quarto silencioso. O anfitrião foi solicito e atencioso.
- o ar condicionado não resfria muito bem. - o chuveiro precisa de manutenção, a água está concentrada no meio e nos lados, acaba fazendo uma molhadeira no chão e no box, mas na pessoa não cai quase nada.

El departamento queda super cerca del Hipermaxi Las Palmas y otros restaurantes de esa zona. Es fácil caminar para hacer compras y pasear en dos parques cerca del condominio. El departamento tiene todo lo que uno necesita por una estadía corta.
Las almohadas son muy básicas y incomodas. El colchón es incomodo y muy ordinario por un condominio y habitación de esta calidad. Tambien al aire acondicionado le falta mantenimiento porque muy poco enfria.
