The room was clean, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped with plenty of useful utensils and staff—no problems there at all. The pool area was very nice, including the baby pool, which we enjoyed.

The service was frustrating. We arrived at 15:00 to a closed reception and were forced to wait outside in 35°C heat for 40 minutes. Even if the rooms weren't ready due to electrical issues, they should have let guests wait inside. Once in the room, our sheets and towels were missing, and I had to go to reception twice to get them. For a 3-star hotel, it is not good value for money. There was no soap or dishwasher tablets, and zero basic cooking essentials like salt or oil. They also expect you to take out the trash but provide only one bag and no instructions on where to take it - too many headaches for the price paid.
