Good apartment when passing through.

Good location at edge of the village. Quiet.

Terrible service, only speak french. They dont care about you.

Terrible service, they treat you very bad if you don't speak french. No communication options and they treat you bad. They confirmed my late entry and didn't leave me keys. They leave me waiting outside 2 hours at night.

The swimming pools were a lot smaller than they looked in the photos. Receptionist was grumpy and obviously was not happy in her work or maybe she just had a long day. Either way when you work in hospitality the smile stays on your face until your work has finished

Superb

Great location, easy stroll into the charming town. Great sized apartment, wonderfully cold and quiet aircon. Beds extremely comfortable! And the welcome lady was lovely. :)

I think it is a good apartment, with good features.

Swimming pool. Nice to refresh after a long trip under the Sun. Good air conditioning and insulation. Place is quiet. Good also parking covered.

Nothing in particular. I found the apartment a little bit small even we were in 4 and the apartment for 6. In that sense I am not fully satisfied if ratio quality/price.

Everything inside the apartment is very cheap and just about functional, the apartment was not properly cleaned, hairs from previous guest on mattress cover, extract ventilator not working, parking very difficult and tight if available, 10:00am checkout..

Very basic accommodations, broken pices, like toilette seat, and no linens. We were charged extra twice before we noticed and the nice attendant acknowledge but said she cannot give refund.

When we arrived the apartment was dirty (a lot.of dust in the bedroom and bathroom). Several basic tools missing (sponge to clean dishes, soap, very few toilet paper)

Towels and sheets cost 10 euros per person, this is ridiculous in 21st century France. Wifi is very bad and allows connection of only 3 devices simultaneously. The couch was dirty.

Helpful staff, good location in a small town.

Everything from towel, bedspreads even pillow cases were charged for. Tiny beds that are not meant for anyone over 5 feet tall. No toiletries even basic handwash. We had asked for a baby crib but the mattress inside the crib was too thin to make a baby sleep on it and we were told we had to carry our own mattress.

Just a roof

A cosy small appartment ...

...without any facilities including no bed sheets, no towels and no soap/shampoo. The lady at the reception explained that I should have booked this separatelly (for 10E) and this was mentioned "with small letters at the end of the page". Is the first time when, booking a room on booking.com, I find I need to consider separately basic amenities. If I can understand that, for long term rentals, the guests might come with their own bed sheets, for one night rental how the host would imagine that you bring such things with you? A clearer communication from booking.com is needed here... Anyway I got the full kit as an exception "free of charge", my genuine amazement saving the night.

Parfait pour les curistes de part la fonctionnalité des appartements et la proximité des Thermes.

accueil parfait, appartement fonctionnel, côté soleil le matin agréable et pas sur la route parking souterrain très appréciable, proximité avec les Thermes également

manquait peut-être le grill dans le micro ondes (pas de four traditionnel), literie confortable mais lit un peu trop bas pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à se lever. Eau chaude très longue à arriver (donc gaspillage) et manque de conteneurs de recyclage.

Mensonge par omission de booking.com. Dans "Confirmation", rubrique "Appartement 1 chambre", je lis "Repas: ... ne sont pas compris dans le tarif". C'est exact. Puis je lis, juste en dessous, toute une liste, que le contexte me fait comprendre "Sont donc compris" : "Salle de bains privative - Balcon ... -Linge de maison ... " Je ne lis donc pas les lignes suivantes "linge de lit (frais supplémentaires)". Booking DOIT CHANGER CET ORDRE et commencer par "NE SONT PAS COMPRIS: les draps, taies d'oreiller etc". C'est proche de publicité mensongère. Indigne en tout cas de Booking.com, qui envoie facilement des "récompenses" dont on ne peut pas profiter.

L’emplacement proche du centre ville

Le vis à vis des appartement qui sont en fasse des uns et des autres . Néanmoins résidence calme côté piscine . Lit et matelas à revoir , matelas du canapé très fin.

Emplacement, pas loin du centre ville, on peut y aller à pieds.

Le simple vitrage. L’accès parking et la sortie de l’hôtel via un seul ascenseur. Pas de savon, liquide de vaisselle, éponge.
