Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Overall the place I give A 3 out of 5.
The Condo wasn't very clean. Floors hadn't ben moped or swept for a few rounds of stays. Walls have food on them, blender wasn't working. Bunk bed mattress is yellow under the sheets.
No vacuum to sweep up any messes. Had to call property manager to get a broom and dust pan. Mopped the stains off the floors our self. Washer made a really load noise when trying to use.
Tiles loose or broke in the master bath. This didn't ruin our stay but made it more difficult to enjoy. Overall the Property manager was great to work with.
