The apartment was very spacious, beds were comfortable. It’s far from town and resorts so there is less chaos and traffic around. Olive tress in front, panoramic view to the rocks and sea :-) No reception but the communication via WhatsApp works good.

Questions coming through booking com are not frequently checked and answered although you get many (also irrelevant) information through it. After booking I received a WhatsApp number and the communication with a house care taker was good. October is not hot any more. Water in our pool was colder than in sea. We couldn’t use it. There are mamy small defects in the apartment so it slowly doesn’t look luxurious. The decoration is also very basic, no charm. There were some other issues which happened during our 4 days long stay, which were solved but were inconvenient. Luckily we didn’t have to pack and move. If we were the in hot summer we would find 1 umbrella near long chairs insufficient. There was also no shade over the table. Many cats around, asking for food, entering apartment if you leave the balcony door open… You must have a car to move around or get to beaches. It’s not easy to park it there though.

Good location. Close to Lardos and Lindos. Easy journey from the port and airport but a car is essential. The villa was very comfortable with a light spacious feel. Everything was very clean with a well equipped kitchen but could do with some bbq equipment. Lovely large patio area with sun beds and a nice clean pool.

We had a problem with the en-suite toilet flush. After using the shower the cistern did not refill. After reporting this to management someone came to fix the problem but unfortunately the same issue arose the following day. It still had not been fixed when we left on day 3.

Our villa was the biggest one in the estate, around 210 m², and it was absolutely beautiful. Everything was very spacious, especially the bedrooms and living room. The pool area was fantastic and the pool itself was perfect for both children and adults. The views were outstanding, and we simply loved spending time at the villa. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy time with family and friends, and make beautiful memories.

The only issue we had was with ants, which appeared around the villa and in the cupboards, especially with children around and food crumbs. We contacted the management and they were very helpful, sending cleaners and treating the areas. We could also see the team regularly spraying around the property. Unfortunately, with a villa surrounded by nature, I think this can be difficult to completely control, and we really appreciated how quickly the management tried to help. The location is also very quiet, so having a car is definitely recommended. The closest beach wasn’t our favourite, and you need a car to reach the beautiful beaches and places such as Lindos. However, we knew this before booking and it didn’t take away from our overall experience.
