I stayed at Nice Hotel from early February to early June as a solo digital nomad and ended up extending because it felt like home. I booked the first week via Agoda, then negotiated a monthly rate directly with the hotel. My Deluxe Double (Room 206, second floor) had strong AC, a comfortable large bed (hard one), a clean bathroom, and—most importantly—windows in the bedroom, which made the space bright and pleasant. Cleanliness and amenities were consistently good: the room smelled fresh; towels and bottled water were replenished daily; slippers were provided (not disposable). Housekeeping came every day at varying times and was very responsive—on the few occasions they missed towels or soap, they fixed it immediately. Wi‑Fi was reliable for video calls and collaborative boards like Miro. There were several outlets, including two bedside. Bathroom/shower: water pressure and temperature were consistently great, with no drain smells. Noise: although the hotel sits on a main street, my room faced the back, so traffic noise was minimal. You can hear neighbors and the elevator—soundproofing isn’t perfect. Blackout curtains are in every room and helped with sleep. Services: laundry is 30,000 VND per batch with roughly half‑day turnaround and neatly folded returns. For motorbikes, you can rent on-site (no ID/passport kept; return with the same fuel level) or have the hotel book through a partner agency that offers a discount. Ground‑floor parking for cars and motorbikes is secure. There’s an elevator. Reception operates 24 hours, but they close the gates around 11:45 pm—let them know if you’ll arrive late and keep the reception number handy. Staff: while English isn’t fluent, the team genuinely cares, does their best to understand, and Google Translate bridges any gaps. Tony and Lam in particular are very helpful—ask them for the expat/traveler community link I created if you want local insights. Location: within a short walk you’ll find pharmacies, beautiful city parks, many cafés and restaurants, and the Đắk Lắk Museum (recommended). Safety felt very good, including at night. Remote work: you can work in the room if needed, but cafés nearby are more comfortable for longer sessions. Minor issues: occasional misses like towels or soap, but these were resolved right away. Overall: excellent value, kind staff, and a genuinely welcoming vibe. I’d happily stay again and recommend it for solo travelers, couples, and families. Use the hotel to arrange motorbike rentals—partner agency offers discounts. Consider earplugs if you’re noise‑sensitive. For remote work, pick a nearby café for comfort and reliable Wi‑Fi.
