De ligging en het uitzicht. Comfort en netheid. Rustige omgeving, mooi terras en goed onderhouden complex.

Het weer, maar daar is de uitbating niet verantwoordelijk voor.

Not enough information about the smart key and as windsurfers we did not want to take our phones with us due to leaving them however we were forced to with this entry system. One other point having one gate key is not enough when you have a group of people it limited what we could. I have rented other properties at Casa Medano and never had this problem

Communication with the agent was terrible, I had to repeat everything just to get an answer, from initial booking to faults withe the safe which did not work at all during the stay, when Gladys did turn up two days after I made contact she said it does not work and did nothing about it, Issues with not enough keys and then help with storing our surfboards as we needed to leave the property at 11am when our flights were at. 7pm. We were told we had to be out as other people were taking over the apartment - rubbish we left our stuff outside and we didn’t not see any new customers and we left at 16.00. It’s too hot in the apartment , two of my friends slept outside as it was too hot inside
