Location, pool, bar and ease to get to everything. View is amazing condo is beautiful.

Laundry facilities, on site restaurant, ants everywhere on property.

You can’t beat the views. The condo manager was very prompt, polite, accommodating and helpful.

The beds were a bit firm for me.

The location was superb. The pools and then the most beautiful beach was was 15 steps from our floor then across the pool area and 15 steps to the beach. There were free cabanas and chaises . The water was translucent turquoise blue and serene. The entrances were both gated and manned by guards who required check in an check out. The bed was large and comfy, the bath and shower were immaculate and the A/c was cold and quiet. The room was a little old fashioned and in need of a little refresh in the kitchen, but it was clean and serviceable . Especially for the price of a two day stay with direct access to a world class beach . The very best things were Michele the manager and Berta the domestic engineer. Michele answered our every question ( like where is the sink plug? ) very quickly. We asked for a blanket and she delivered it herself within half an hour . Because we were there for some medical appointments, Michele went to great lengths to allow us to check in early and then because the day we’re leaving our appointments were running past check out.. she allowed us to stay past checkout for several hours. This is where Berta came in. Berta came and cleaned the room, but allowed us to keep our cases and belongings there and make coffee and use the refrigerator while we attended these appointments bc otherwise we would be dragging our belongings over Cancun with us. Our flight didn’t leave till 5pm so if they forced us out at 11am we would have had an awful long wait . Berta left us stay till two which required her having to come back and clean the kitchen, the rest area and coffeemaker etc. she did it with a smile and was genuinely happy to help. They were both lovely and accommodating ladies and we plan to stay there again in July when come back for follow up! Gracias Michele and Berta!

The host is great she is very helpful and responsive, the hotel is as well right at the beach.

The room does not look like the one shown in the Booking.com photos. I was accommodated in a basement room, and the décor felt outdated, likely from the 1960s. The photos are misleading and should be removed.
