The apartment is truly incredible, the only reason I'm giving it a 6 is because if I were to count the disrespect of the owners and cleaning staff, I'd give it a 3 or 2 at most.

I believe that the owner has already been robbed by a guest (or someone who decided to pretend to be one! {which makes total sense since the apartment is extremely well equipped!}) Because after booking, he sends a message warning that everything is well filmed and any strange movement will be immediately notified to the police, which for me does not mean any problem because besides a single meeting with more to rest and meet my girlfriend! Not to steal anything or anyone! . It's good that you didn't bother Dr. Cedric, he really loves "making easy money." Now, let's get to what really bothered me: I didn't book the apartment that far in advance, I confess! However, I still believe that spending almost 180 euros for just three nights deserves respect, even if I were spending less. However, I sent a message to the owner saying that I had a very important meeting around 3 p.m. and would like to come in a little earlier, even if only to take a shower. Even if he said no, it wouldn't be a problem. I could arrange to take a shower at my girlfriend's house, however, all I received was a robotic and automatic message from the reservation system that is automatically sent when someone makes a reservation. If only he had replied with non or a good old-fashioned "pas possible!" I wouldn't have arrived at the meeting in such a mess, but since I had to drive, I couldn't see that there was no response from the owner! In other words, it's not his fault, but if you had been kind and polite to the guest and not just thinking about money, I probably wouldn't have arrived late and dirty to my meeting. Now the worst of all, when it was time to leave, there were two black men who came to clean up and arrived before 10, a minute early, but they arrived like someone shouting"l'argent"!

contact number on website does not match the actual owner number, and the number was inside the property. It was a problem when we were stuck outside the door because we could not operate the door handle to enter the flat, the chat was answered several hours later... both the sofa and bed were dirty; with stains not properly cleaned. This is not what I want for neither myself and especially not my kids. The coffee table needed to be moved to open the sofa bed, but the top was not properly attached. Quite inconvenient when I needed to figure out a way to reassemble it before leaving... also a safety hasard for kids. hot water was unavailable the last day, not sure why - a bit disappointing when coming from a full day outside at -5 degrees.

Central position - clean

We arrived at midnight , the street where the entrance is located was completely dark, no street lighting that we had to rely on car and phone lights to open the key box. Bathtub is unusable, the ceiling is tilting over it and you have to be a child to be able to shower or crouch in the process. For us it’s no problem and nothing to dislike, but if you have a problem getting to the third floor without an elevator this apartment won’t be for you.

I have traveled with my family. It's nice place for family, in nice location and super quick response from the host. I have checked-in at 00:30 in midnight. No problem with check-in, everything is automated and easy to access. You need internet for the check-in. This stay was a stop over for our trip, wouldn't able to stay much longer and enjoy the city.

The Amenities where all there and proper, the apartment was nicely decorated and it felt like we were home rather than in a rental. It was also fairly close to the shopping district (small 2 minutes walk) so it was the perfect spot to enjoy the Christmas village and do some shopping

The heating didn't seem to provide enough for the apartment, so staying during December turned to be a little bit uncomfortable, 'specially during the nights. There's also no heating in the toilet room so it was always freezing.
