    Everything else is fine at the hotel and I would certainly recommend it, except for the pillows that are badly in need of replacement

    Me and my uncle stayed as a business trip. First of all we have enjoyed the whole stay. Starting with location to checkout, everthing was awesome. The lobby is at 57 th floor that makes a beautiful view of bay and other nearby area. Secondly the room we have opt is way bigger than any normal room in any hotel. In our breakfast we had few dishes which hotel make on our request. The check in was fast and smooth. The indoor pool is fantastic. Lastly I would say that whenever I go to Shenzhen I stay in this hotel only.

    We are here to celebrate Happy Mother’s Day. Yet, the services have disappointed us. Front office staff was very impolite and unprofessional in handling guest’s enquiries. We have marked all the requirements and our purpose of our stay for celebrating Happy Mother’s Day, however, she said she was not aware of all the requirements. For instance, we have require adjoining and non-smoking room since we booked 2 rooms for a family with child. The hotel didn’t reserve the rooms for us. Eventually, our room was dirty and filled with stinky body odor… and didn’t bring us welcome fruit as promised during check in.
