The rule about one beach towel a day was absurd. One family weren't aware and threw them in the towel bin after they came back from the beach. They wanted to sit at the pool and were told the could not have another towel. The woman sitting at the towel place was also extremely rude. Check out was a bit traumatizing. We had a pounding at the door at 10:05 a.m. saying we needed to leave. I was shaking and said we had an 11:00 check out. The man said very harshly "show me proof!" Literally scared me. Then at 11:02 a.m. he was back pounding on our door and when we opened it to leave he began snapping pictures. It was truly traumatizing for my whole family.
