About this apartment rental
Springs 8806 is a sweet little basecamp for a small family or two friends skiing Keystone - a warm condo with a forest-side patio, six minutes on foot from the River Run Gondola.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE
- 6-minute walk to the River Run Gondola
- King bed for the grown-ups, queen sofa sleeper for the kids
- Private patio right at the tree line
- Outdoor pool, hot tubs & game room with pool table
- Gas fireplace for cocoa nights
- Children's toys & books included
Little skiers, big memories: that's the rhythm here. Mornings mean breakfast at the granite island, a short walk to the gondola, and first tracks together. Afternoons bring the group back to the fireplace, where the TV above the mantel runs cartoons or ski flicks while dinner simmers in the full kitchen.
Parents get the bedroom with its attached bath; kids camp happily on the sofa sleeper, with toys and books already waiting. The patio is your private slice of forest - watch snow pile on the evergreens with a mug in hand.
When energy runs high, hit the game room's pool table, the outdoor pool, or the hot tubs; the steam room saves the grown-ups' legs for tomorrow. Book Springs 8806 and give your family the easiest week of the winter.
The condo includes one shared-garage parking space; place the permit provided in the unit in your vehicle after check-in.

Unit was clean and well equipped, having a garage to park in was great and the Tesla chargers were such a nice bonus!

Great couple days skiing at Keystone. Condo was just as described. Hot tub was great! Easy walk to Gondola and village. Would stay here again.

very clean, nice and super convenient to the ski slopes
stayed with my partner and teen daughter
kitchen with tons of utensils, sharp knives, pans to cook whatever, lots of pillows, blankets and towels and a cool mist humidifier, which really helped with the dry mountain air
5 min walk out from front or back door of condo to gondola
two hot tubs and heated pool, with enough room even after slopes close

Check-in process with COVID precautions couldn’t have been easier. Room was clean and bed/pull out reasonably comfortable. Very close to gondola and short walk from the provided ski locker. Daily soak in the hot-tub is a must!
