Villa IRIS is a very contemporary style property, located on the height of Grand Cul de Sac, featuring a panoramic view from all the rooms, on Petit and Grand Cul de Sac lagoons, Turtle Island, and the ocean.
Designed by architect Allem Nefra, the comfortable interior is crisp and smart with exquisite modern style, high vaulted ceilings, white and grey palette decor, and tastefully touches of red colors underlining the youth and freshness of the trendy atmosphere.
The open floor plan encompasses the spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas, widely opened onto the front deck with a large pool and several lounge spaces.
The living-room centerpiece is an ultra-modern central cooking island, with its work surface that can easily disappear with the flick of a switch when the half moon dome lowers.
An indoor dining table can seat six guests, and a beautiful bar is opened to the outside, ideal for breakfast meals or have a drink with friends.

We give our guests space but we will be available should they need our assistance.
