Villa CACAO has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, located in Toiny with a magnificent view of the ocean, sunrise, St Kitts, Nevis and St Eustache Islands. It is ideal for a family or several couples travelling together.
The Villa CACAO is built on two levels. It is located a few minutes from Hotel Toiny and their Beach Club. It offers three bedrooms on the ground floor and a fourth bedroom below the pool, converted into an independent studio with kitchenette. The main level offers large sunny and shaded areas, where guests can relax, sunbathe and dine while enjoying the magnificent view. The living space includes the living room with the entertainment centre and comfortable seats, and the fully equipped modern kitchen at the back. This space can be open to enjoy the breezes or closed and air-conditioned for maximum comfort.
Two magnificent bedrooms are accessible from the living room, a third is accessible from the terrace. Each room has a double bed, a television with American satellite and Apple TV, a bathroom with shower, and a dressing room.
Guests can have access to all areas.
We give our guests space but we will be available should they need our assistance.
