About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers to rent this pretty 40 m² wooden house located in Marnaz, ideal for a beautiful mountain holiday in summer or winter, to enjoy hiking, waterfalls, Sixt horseshoe circus, nearby ski resorts such as Les Carroz, Flaine, Samoens.... The east-west-facing, well-equipped house comprises a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with sofa bed, bathroom with shower. You'll enjoy a lovely terrace with barbecue, and a garden. Private parking space. Air conditioning and heating. Bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!
The house is composed as follows:
First floor:
- Living room with sofa bed, coffee table and TV
- Open, fully-equipped kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, kettle...
- Electric shutters
First floor :
- Bedroom 1: double bed 140 x 190.
- Bedroom 2, accessible from bedroom 1: Sofa bed.
Upstairs velux windows are remote-controlled and close automatically in case of rain.
- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin, washing machine and dryer.
- Separate WC
Exterior:
- Beautiful terrace and garden with mountain views. The garden furniture and barbecue are ideal for relaxing. You'll even be able to catch a glimpse of the Mont Blanc chain in the distance!
The property is ideally located in Marnaz, in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood, yet within easy reach of many attractions.
-Cluses 6 km away, Geneva 43 km, Chamonix 46 km, Annecy 50 km.
Activities:
- In winter, take advantage of the many nearby ski resorts: les Carroz (20 km/ approx. 30 minutes), Flaine (34 km / approx. 50 minutes), Praz de lys-Sommand (40 minutes), Samoens (26 km / 35 minutes), la Clusaz (45 minutes).
- In summer :
Hiking and biking
Visit waterfalls such as Sixt fer à cheval, discover the magnificent Sixt fer à cheval cirque...
- Visit Lake Annecy
Transportation:
- A car is essential, as there is no public transport on site.
- Two cars can be parked in the gated courtyard. In addition, there are three parking spaces on the street.
- By car, easy access to all surrounding towns thanks to quick access to the D1205 road and the A40 freeway, between Cluses and Bonneville.
Other comments:
- The owners, who live in the adjoining house, will be delighted to welcome you on site and advise you on the best places to visit. You'll enjoy the house all to yourself, as well as your own private terrace.
- Reversible hot-cold air conditioning
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Housekeeping is included in your stay, and you'll find 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival.

Gite idéal pour sejour motards qui ne veulent pas s'encombrer de superplu, tout est fourni (draps, serviettes, produit lave vaisselle et lave linge, tous les condiments, ........)
Les propriétaires vous accueillent comme si on était de leur famille. Le plus, le gite est à proximité de Savoie Helicoptère, idéal pour un vol exceptionnel au dessus des alpes.

Location très agréable et très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, sympathiques et prévenants.
Située à proximité de nombreux points d'intérêt.
