Excellent stay for 7 nights while discovering Tokyo. The twin bed room was really small but sufficient with 2 double beds for a family with 2 kids of 9 + 16. A bit fiddling although to stash your luggage. The bedding was of an exceptionally good quality. Furthermore it was complete with fridge, watercooker, clean bathroom and separate toilet. Excellent waterpressure. Always friendly and professional personnel. Tip, pay a bit more for a family suite which has a sofa and plenty more space! Around, Kamata Metro Station is a 2 minute walk. From here it's easy going to Shinagawa hubstation. Many really many shops around. 7 storey Donki Quijote is right next to metrostation. 👌😎 Although a small room, the price/quality level was still excellent.

Ótima localização. O chuveiro é espaçoso. As camas são confortáveis.

O quarto estava com um cheiro estranho, lembrava um cheiro de urina com mofo. A janela só tinha uma cortina que não bloqueava o Sol completamente, então estava ruim para dormir depois que o Sol nasceu. O quarto é muito apertado, não tem espaco pra abrir malas e não tem armário. O frigobar é minúsculo. Não cabe nada e não faz gelo.

お風呂がシャワーだけで浴槽がない部屋だった。浴槽がない部屋だと設備欄に記載すべきだと思います。
