Perfect location, marvellous seaview, clean, large sand beach, ideal for kids, very large, spacious and well equipped appartment, nice terraces, well- working heating, clean towels and bed stuff, plenty of storage space, well functioning WiFi, friendly and reliable staff.

The appartment needs some painting, chairs and sofa are not very comfortable, plastic pillows and plastic bedsheets.

The view from the apartment was beautiful. The apartment itself was ok too.

We rented an apartment in Ostende for two nights using the company that is in charge of renting the properties. We paid €420 for two nights in May. We were a little surprised to find that you had to go pay extra for bedsheets (€27) and towels, but also to discover we had to go buy our own toilet paper. All that aside - despite paying by card, we were asked for a *cash* deposit of €200. We were told the deposit would be returned within 2 weeks. 5 weeks, 3 unanswered e-mails and 2 phone calls later, we were informed something went wrong, that we would receive the deposit, but they would keep €39 for cleaning (this had not been mentioned anywhere before booking.) It is astonishing what exactly they must have cleaned, as we only stayed two nights, did not cook at all, and we cleaned before we left. The only thing we left behind was garbage in a bag, which we were told not to worry about and that it was "not a problem" (because we asked where we should put it). The "trying to get every penny out of you" is very unpleasant. (Citing my partner's review from Google reviews).
