Ninh Bình Premier hotel

Very friendly staff, the breakfast was made to order when there weren't too many people, and a buffet when there were more. It was okay. Had a beautiful looking pool, but unfortunately it was overcast to enjoy it.

It was a bit out of the way, but that just gave us an opportunity to view the neighborhoods as we walked into the business areas.

The hotel and staff were great. The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable.

The location was terrible and was not within walking distance of anywhere. Our arrival was not unlike driving through what I imagine would be a war zone. Sadly the breakfast was disappointing. Another minus was that once you left the room the power to everything went off so the fridge never got cool let alone cold.

The room could have been lovely if it had been cleaned better, it was a decent size, furniture in good condition but just not cleaned properly and considering the property seemed almost empty when we were there, it should have been done to a better standard. Breakfast was decent - quite a few choices, the Pho was actually really good.

Room not cleaned properly. Coffee stain on floor that could have easily been mopped/wiped. Very dusty furniture. Bathroom looked clean until you looked behind the door, loads of dead mosquitos, again, so easy to sort if they had paid attention. Put me straight off. Area is quite far from anything, it said 1 mile to centre which we dont mind walking but the centre didnt have anything going on either. I think we might have been in the wrong area as when we were leaving, the bus took us through an area that looked really lively but certainly not in walking distance from this hotel.
