Departamento con espectacular vista a la montaña.

This property is very safe and secure. It is very modern and meticulously maintained. There are some nice decorative touches that are above grade. Two huge pluses were having filtered drinking water in the kitchen and a laundry room with washer/dryer. The entire complex is above grade. It is gated, has an elevator and an electronic door lock. There are a number of outstanding restaraunts in the neighborhood two of which are very close-by. We have traveled to two other touristy cities in Mexico in some very beautiful areas and wished we had the quality of this apartment. The owner was very attentative and focused on us having an enjoyable stay. There is a soccer field behind the complex that was an unexpected bonus as we had balcony seats to watch some exciting ladies soccer games. It is overall a very quiet neighborhood. Walking was very safe and people are friendly and helpful especially if you can converse a little in Spanish. Many speak some English. Commuting was easy by Uber, taxi and bus.

The Versalles neighborhood is going through some major gentrification. Outside of this modern complex expect rutted streets and sidewalks although mostly flat which you will appreciate after walking some steeper parts of the city. Don't let the extra firm bed in the master room fool you. It's a modern Sealy and I wish I had one. We found that any soreness we had from walking disappeared overnight.

Nice condo in a great location - quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of the mountains.

The host Ramon was awesome, waiting on site with the keys and remotes. Reviewed with us operation of all the equipment air conditioning etc. and toured the property. The smoothest transaction. Very highly recommended.

Everything was perfect! this is the nicest place!
