Welcome to Ebony! This luxury 1 bedroom + den condo unit has the best view in the building! Enjoy ocean + canal views from this stunning home base from which to explore all Fort Lauderdale has to offer. Located in The Tiffany House, just 1 block from iconic beaches and features a myriad of luxury amenities. Enjoy the rooftop pool and lounge, shared summer kitchen, fitness center, by-reservation private theater room, stunning views of the harbor and Intracoastal Waterway, sun decks, and easy walking distance to restaurants and other attractions.
Sleek and modern, the living room offers a pristine white leather sofa with built-chaise and coordinating side chair. A large flat-screen TV offers hours of entertainment and high-speed WiFi makes streaming all your favorite shows and movies a breeze.
The centerpiece of this space are the stunning water views from the sliding glass door and your private patio.
A dining peninsula comfortably accommodates 4 guests. The contemporary dining table for 4 may be the best seat in the house, with its birds eye water view.
The den serves many purposes. If there is work to conduct, a computer desk makes that a simple task. And if additional guests visit, a sleep sofa can accommodate two.
Vacation time is no time to do laundry, but you can if you wish with the washer + dryer added for your convenience.

-We are happy to welcome your furry companion to our home! This property is dog-friendly; however, we allow only one small, well-behaved dog during your stay. Please note there is an additional pet fee of $150 per pet for stays less than 30 days.
-This building has a $35/night valet parking fee. If your stay is 29 nights or more, the fee is waived.

-Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
-This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are used during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first week of your stay.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Baby Bundle :
If you have little ones, we offer: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a highchair for $65 per stay. Please make this request at the time of booking or 24 hrs prior to your arrival.

I had a great stay at this property. The place was clean and the view was amazing! It was centrally located to everything. The beds are really comfortable and had plenty of room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying again!

The views are amazing! This is our fourth visit to the Tiffany House property and this was the best unit thus far.

Excellent location, beautiful views, great staff.Lots of terrific restaurants in the area, love the beachy atmosphere.The apartment is bright, clean, well kept, and easy to take care of.The twenty days went by too fast! We were reluctant to leave.

This place is simply amazing. Hard to leave. Incredible views of the intercoastal! Located 1 block from the beach! Has Everything you need for a wonderful stay in Ft. Lauderdale. Fantastic restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. So many other great attractions are a short Uber or Golf Cart ride.
Front desk staff was friendly and always helpful. The unit is very quiet and feels like home away from home. Super clean! We will be back again in sure!!!
