The location is great for the golf courses, the breakfast is good but as Verity knows I would prefer cooked breakfast which I obviously know is not available. Room is very comfortable.
Just a comment and forgot to say to Verity the remote control for the TV did not react/work as required, may just need new batteries?

The room was lovely and clean and well presented. A good selection of tea, coffee, and biscuits were also provided. The continental breakfast was very good with a wide variety provided; cereal, toast, cold meats, fruit and yogurt etc., far more than you'd expect for the price. The host, Millie, was very nice, warm, and friendly and took time to welcome me into the guesthouse and recommend somewhere nearby to eat (which was very good). No complaints. It's definitely worth a stay.

It was a one of the best continental breakfasts you could ask for as other than cereal there was hard boiled egg - cheese - yougart- tea coffee .
