Lovely hotel but insane pet prices

Nearly everything but the price

The price on booking.com was 140 total... when I got there they charged 160-something and then added a $100 pet fee. I've never EVER paid that much for my 2 small dogs. $260+ for us to be there not even 12 hours was crazy to me. We've stayed at several Hyatt Place hotels (with our dogs) and never paid that much.

The location is very close to my brother’s home where we were visiting.

We ate breakfast both mornings at the hotel about 8:00 each time. Day 1 there was 1 piece of fruit and the eggs were cold. Day 2 the bacon was cooked so dry there was no way to bite into it and the eggs were cold. I stayed with you a month ago and breakfast was so good. Disappointed.

It was easy and check in was quick. Front desk staff was extraordinary, very friendly and always helpful if I had any questions. The front desk that worked the weekend I stayed, All of them deserves a very special “Thank you “! Thank you all for everything, you made my stay very special!

There wasn’t much I didn’t like except, one reason I booked my stay was because of hot tub and swimming pool, my sm wanted to enjoy the hot tub and I wanted the swimming pool and I was able to enjoy my swim and she was a little disappointed about the hot tub…I made it up to her with a massage, that was the only negative thing about the whole stay. You all still get a 10.

Hallways were uncomfortably cold. Breakfast was ok, but not great. Room was too expensive. Foam pillows were requested and provided, but turned out to be partial foam.

What a great surprise for an exceptional stay!

It was so nice to be at a hotel who truly served a hot breakfast instead of just putting out rolls and make your own pancakes. The food was so tasty!

It was all so great but the only suggestion I would have to enhance my comfort even more would be if pillow toppers were on the mattresses.This was a great hotel at a more reas9nable price point in a good location for shopping or jumping on the expressway. This was our first stay when we could not get into a recommended hotel by a friend, and we are so glad the other more expensive hotel was full since we now have a new great find and will stay at any time we are in the area again.

I booked a room listed as being on a high floor. I was given a room on the ground floor designed for disabled people. It looked and felt like a large hospital room. I also asked at check- in if I could down-grade my room choice from what I had booked because at the last minute, it turned out that I was going to be alone instead of sharing the room . The request was denied. I was told that wasn’t possible because I had “booked through a third party” - Booking.com

Breakfast was different each morning. Rooms were very clean and supplied. Staff was helpful and personable. Property amenities were excellent.

Comfortable beds and very clean room. We absolutely loved the night staff down at the bar area.

We had no ironing board, soap, or glasses and the room darkening shade was messed up so we couldn't pull it down.
