It was lavish at this price point and a really nice neighbourhood. The view around is amazing as well with peacocks and the Western ghats. Quite accessible to nearby town. The house itself was well stocked and clean.

The apt was big and we were able to connect to the smart TV to watch a movie. The restaurant nearby was good and the living room was comfortable. There was hot water and towels were provided. The caretaker was nice and quick to answer our needs. Location was quiet.

When we first entered the apt on the ground floor, the place smelled of mildew and mold. The closets were full of mold and the kitchen areas looked like they hadn't been used in a long while. The refrigerator had mold but we didn't use it. Beds were ok. We turned on the fans and air conditioners and the place smelled a bit better.

proximity to the city and to Adiyogi. the caretaker was very good. friendly and helpful

The house seemed dusty. the floor was clean. the bed was made. but the bedsheets and the entire house smelled like it was dusty. like it was closed for many many days and was opened just before we reached. the plates and vessels available in the house didn’t look like it was useable. again, very very old vessels. we had to borrow some plates and stuff from the caretaker. Water wasn’t available. we stayed for just one night. so it was okay. but definitely owner needs to take care of these things.
