The gentleman waited for us, he gave us a welcome drink, was very polite, and didn't disturbed us even once. 1 free parking lot.
As i saw, it is typical for the most of the croatian apartments: the "800m from the sea" is technically true, but it is a fookin mountain hike until you get there.

Beautiful seaview, nice balcony. Very clean and comfortable. Good price.
No mosquito net. No aircondition in bedroom(only in livingroom).
