-Bedroom 1: Spacious primary suite with a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom (tub/shower combo).
-Bedroom 2: Cozy room with a queen-sized bed.
-Bedroom 3: Versatile room with two twin beds.

Loved the proximity to campus. We stayed there during move in week at IU and loved how close it was to campus and running errands. The condo complex is quiet and there was always parking. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of linens.

Appears to be a remodeled to modern condo in fair-mid maintained condominium complex. Clean, convenient location, minutes from campus, eats, gas, shops. Typical amenities for bathrooms and kitchen. Very accommodating host for a late check-out and quick responses.Suggestion: window blind or covering for the kitchen window for additional privacy from neighboring condos

Our stay was excellent at this condo. Clean and fresh! And the owners made sure we had a few extras - water in the fridge, coffee and the best cinnamon rolls we have ever had! The location was perfect for us - we wanted to explore Brown County Park (30 minutes away) and the Bloomington College grounds (5 minutes away).Beds were comfortable, linens were very clean, and it was nicely decorated. Thanks for the great get away!
