About this villa rental
Holiday home on the outskirts of Alpandeire, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.
This detached holiday home offers your family the possibility of spending some relaxing holidays, as it can accommodate up to five people. Its private pool, together with the Balinese bed, will become the perfect place for disconnecting and soaking up the quiet atmosphere of its 2-hectare plot with holm oaks and carob trees.
Inside, the house is rustic and welcoming. Out of the three bedrooms, two are equipped with one double bed, and one features three single beds. The living space welcomes a dining-living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout of the house.
The living room is provided with warm/cool air-con.
The living room opens onto the outdoor area, where a pergola with a summer kitchen and a BBQ is located. In front of it, the private pool ideal for refreshing, near which a shaded chill-out space lets the whole family gather and enjoy the ambience. Surrounding the pool, there are several parasols, sun loungers and the marvellous Balinese bed. Children can also enjoy the playground area and the ping-pong table.
The access to the house, which is also provided with a private parking lot, is possible via a 600-mt unpaved lane. Next to the private car park, there is a socket for charging electric or hybrid cars. The owner does not charge extra for this service.

wat een heerlijk huis! heel prive, grote tuin met veel plek om lekker te zitten en voor de kinderen (10 en 7) om zich te vermaken. dorpje dichtbij is mooi en rustig, met een heerlijk restaurant (casa grande). ronda op goede reisafstand. de eigenaar is erg sympathiek en behulpzaam. niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken!

We had amazing few days in Santiago's country house. The children loved the basketball hoop behind the house and we all enjoyed walks around the property, climbing up to the very own cave, exploring the land. The views from the top of the hill are just breathtaking. The house itself is very well equipped, Santiago thought of everything - shower gel, shampoo, washing machine and dishwasher’s tablets, hand wash. There is even a dolce gusto coffee machine with a few pods to get you started. We all slept well and thoroughly enjoyed the outside area, you literally do not have to go anywhere, there is so much to do, like table tennis, many places to chill out like two different hammocks, swings for children, bed by the pool or just sitting on any of the many seats Santiago built into the garden around the property. Everywhere you look there is something to see and explore. Little house for the children to play in, using a bike or a scooter, all on the property. The outdoor kitchen is a very nice touch and it is evident how much time and effort Santiago puts into making the property a pleasure to stay in! We would definitely recommend this house to anyone, especially with children, looking for a relaxing holiday and looking for a private place. The house is easy to find and the drive is not difficult at all. The weather was not warm enough to fully enjoy the pool (only had a few short dips), but we have really loved our stay in this incredible place!

Bonjour,
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans la Villa de Santiago.
Santiago a une magnifique maison qu'il entretien avec amour, il est très accueillant avec ses invités et est très disponible.
La Maison est située au milieu de la nature, elle est bien équipée, très bien entretenue et propre, rien ne manque.
L'espace extérieur est fabuleux avec tout le confort et une décoration exceptionnelle, on s'est régalé avec ses bons légumes, fruits et aromates Bio sans oublier sa petite forêt privée, magnifique a visiter.
La piscine est très propre et si bien entretenue qu'on ne sent pas le chlore juste ce qu'il faut.
La maison est située à côté d'un très beau village Alpandeire, il y a une petite boulangerie cafétéria et je vous conseille le restaurant El tapeo, merci David pour tes bons plats et tes pizzas faites maison délicieuses.

Amazing holidays!!
Our holiday was a success and the holiday home we rent was great, with a private pool and lots of privacy. We had such a great time there.
The owner Santiago has been a good and very friendly host! He gave us useful tips and advices to visit the beautiful city of Ronda.
Everything in the house was clean and neatly. We also could taste vegetables and products from the garden and they were absolutely delicious.
We had the opportunity to visit a lot of places of the region and we tryed lots of typical restaurants another museum.
We absolutely recommend this location to spend holidays!
