Terrible, avoid this place!!

NOTHING. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! You will be invoiced for nothing after long time after your stay. 3 weeks after our departure they have send invoice with "damage" calculations after our stay. None complains was 3 weeks and after 3 weeks they have "remembered" that we have made small damage for 2500 Eur. It's first time in 4 years when get damage complain from property, we stayed 100+ properties in Germany. It's ridiculous to invoice without any proof and evidence, when after us, during 3 weeks they had plenty other customers. If you want to get extra charges with "fantazy" you check this place.

there was no instruction for the wirepool, though the weather was too warm to use, so we didn't ask for! -This one has nothing to do with the host or apartment, Don't forget mosquito replants!

FeWo zum Hotelpreis und weit ab vom Schuss. Dafür aber in sehr ruhiger Gegend

Ansprechendes Zimmer mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche.

Der Schlüsselkasten ist etwas versteckt. Die Heizung ist super laut. Futon-Bett ist nicht für jeden Rücken gemacht. Wann sieht aus wie ein Whirlpool, kann aber nichts und ist zum Duschen etwas gewöhnungsbedüftig.

Ein kurzer Urlaub in einer schönen Umgebung!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist großartig, direkt am See gelegen.

Die Dusche hat bei Benutzung trotz geschlossener Türen, das gesamte Bad geflutet. Da in der Unterkunft Wischlappen oder Ähnliches zur Verfügung standen, mussten wir das Bad mit unseren eigenen Handtüchern aufwischen.

Die Lage war top und das Haus gibt viel her, wenn man es denn nutzen würde.

Kurz und knapp: schmutzig bis hin zu schimmeliger Dusche und lieblos eingerichtet.

Wir fanden das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen.

Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage, direkt an einem See mit Zugang über einen privaten Steg ins Wasser. Das Hausgrundstück ist sehr groß mit diversen Sitzplätzen auf dem Rasen.

Die Wohnung, wir waren im 1. Stock, war sehr hellhörig. Man hat jedes Stuhl rücken über uns extrem gehört. Der Balkon war ungepflegt, die Duschkabine wies diversen Schimmel auf. Die Kopfkissen rochen nach Schweiß und waren genauso wie die Bettdecken total verwaschen und dünn. Die Geschirrausstattung war mager. 3 Tassen, alle unterschiedlich, 5 Wassergläser, ebenfalls alle unterschiedlich. Keine Wein- oder Biergläser vorhanden. Von den 3 Desserttellern war einer angeschlagen. Kochutensilien haben wir nicht benutzt. Tischset war nur 1 vorhanden. Für die Balkonmöbel gab es keine Auflagen.

Ferienwohnung in Jürgenshof

Das Gelände um das Ferienhaus ist schön angelegt, mit vielen Spielmöglichleiten und ein Spielplatz ist auch ganz in der Nähe .

Der Checkin sollte ab 16.00 Uhr sein,die Putzfrau war aber erst 16.45 Uhr fertig. Das Bettzeug hat seine beste Zeit auch schon hinter sich. Das sowas noch rausgelegt wird,ist schon grenzwertig (speziell die Kopfkissen). Der Whirpool wurde angepriesen in der Beschreibung, war aber ohne Funktion. Ebenso hatte die Ferienwohnung 6 keine Wäscheständer und auch keine Gartenmöbel.

Tolle Seelage

Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich toll, nähe zum See. Nähe zum Plauer See auch da, es ist ruhig und das Grundstück steht riesig, es gab eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Außerhalb hatte man einen Spielplatz und einen Grillplatz. Es gab zu fast allen Geräten eine Anleitung.

Trotz vorhandenen Grillplatz haben die Gäste in den Terrassenwohnungen auf der Terrasse gegrillt, dies war sehr ärgerlich. Die Betten waren bereits etwas durchgelegen, ggf. könnte man die mal austauschen. Eine Anleitung für den Geschirrspüler hatte gefehlt, wir haben uns im Internet schlau gemacht. Was schade war, dass man bereits um 10Uhr das Haus verlassen musste, bei anderen Unterkünften kann man das bis 11uhr oder 12uhr sogar.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit,die Lage

Wir hatten Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Beistellbett dazu gebucht. Als wir abends nach einer langen Autofahrt ankamen hatte dies leider gefehlt und wir mussten lange darauf warten mit kleinem Kind. Waren mit dem Kinderwagen dort, leider ist der Eingang nicht Kinderwagen gerecht. Hatten einen Whirlpool der aber keine Whirlpool Funktion mehr hatte und die Fliegengitter müssten erneuert werden, hatten ständig Mücken drin da überall Löcher waren.

Phantastisch gelegen und absolut ruhig. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen ;-) Besten Dank

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage. Fahrradtouren ab hier gut möglich. Netflix über Fernseher möglich, WLAN nicht vorhanden. Zimmer geräumig.

Schlüsseltresoren an extra Scheunengebäude, dazu vorab keine Info. Parkplatz und Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit vorhanden, keine Info vorab dazu. Duschkabine in die Jahre gekommen, zwar Hightech, aber ohne Anleitung. Keine Fliegengitter. Geschirr in Küche in unterschiedlicher Stückzahl, z.T. unzureichend.

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft die alles zubieten hatte und in der man sich rund um Wohlfühlen konnte.

Wir hatten leider Probleme mit unserer Whirlpoolwanne und hatte auch den Kontakt dahingehend gesucht, nur leider ohne Erfolg.

Die Matratzen sollten mal erneuert werden! Auf dem Balkon kann man mit wenig Aufwand die Blüten der Kastanie entfernen , er hätte zum Verweilen eingeladen, bei dem super Ausblick!

Muss nicht nochmal sein.

Mein Mann und ich sind beinahe verzweifelt auf der Suche nach dem Schlüsselkasten. 15 Meter von der Haustür entfernt hatte ich nicht erwartet. Der Kasten konnte leider erst 10 Minuten nach unserer offiziellen Ankunftszeit geöffnet werden. Trotz Buchung der Wäschepakete war nichts geliefert worden. Als erste Antwort bekam ich zu hören: "Mal schauen, ob wir die Wäsche heute noch bringen können." Bei Eur 82,00 für die Endreingung hat uns sehr überrascht, dass noch ca. 2 Liter Kastanienblüten bei unserer Ankunft auf Balkon und Stühlen liegen. Wie lange stand die Wohnung seit der letzten Reinigung bereits leer?

Die Unterkunft war wirklich prima, viel Platz für 4 Personen, außerdem ruhig gelegen und sehr sauber. Eine sehr schöne Lage direkt am See. Für die Kinder ein schöner Spielplatz direkt vor der Tür. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Die Lage

Die Ausstattung des Apartments- die Sauberkeit des Fußbodens, des Mobiliars und besonders des Bades- die Dusche ist eine Zumutung: Schimmel an allen Ecken und Fugen, es funktioniert nur die Handdusche, alles ist braun und gammelig.

Herrlicher Standort zum Relaxen mit tollem Ausblick ins Grüne, leider nicht zufrieden stellende Ausstattung

Der Blick aus der Wohnung auf das Grundstück und den See war hervorragend, ruhige Lage,

Leider war die Küche schlecht ausgestattet, kein Geschirrtuch, kein Abwaschlappen, kein Tee, nur Salz als Gewürz… das sind Dinge, die in einer Fewo als Grundausstattung dazu gehören. Ebenso waren die Matratzen und Kopfkissen von schlechter Qualität. Gerade im Urlaub möchte man sich erholen und der Schlafkomfort spielt dabei eine große Rolle
