Robert could not have been a better host! The home was so lovely and beautifully appointed and he was very responsive during our stay. Staying at this home in this charming neighborhood was a big part of our fabulous time in Charleston!

We had a great time in Charleston staying at this beautiful home. It worked perfectly for our family of 3. Robert was a great host and easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed the rockers on the side porch more than we thought we would. Quiet neighborhood with some of the typical late noise of local college kids coming home from the bars but didn’t keep us awake. Nice to have parking and Uber was so easy and quick. Recommend!

This home was perfect for girls weekend to enjoy the Cooper River Bridge Run! The neighborhood is a cozy and charming gem of Charleston and the house was beautifully decorated with several great gathering areas. Loved having a driveway for the two cars as well.

We arrived on Thursday in the evening. had great instructions and checked in without issue. there was garbage left on the upstairs landing that we discarded. On saturday night we arrived back to house and noticed that a bike was missing. My husband went to look in the garage (that was unlocked and open) to make sure it was there. neighbor started banging on window and then we received a message from the owner basically accusing us of going into a locked non rental area (that was unlocked and open) and when we responded and explained we were just assuring the bike was not stolen as we did not want to be responsible for it.; the owner provided no response or apology . the following morning we asked to be able to keep our luggage at the house for a few hrs in am (check out is 10) as our flight was not until later afternoon. we were told we could only keep luggage for 1 hr no exceptions as the cleaners could not come any later. we rushed back at 11 and no cleaners were there. we waited on our uber to arrive for 15 mins and still no cleaners. just felt the owner was not very accommodating or appreciative that we were looking out for his property. our uber driver informed us that there is a baggage concierge that can be used we could have used, it would be helpful for future residents to have this information available. just felt he was curt and rude.
