The Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, in Rennes, this charming, fully equipped and bright house. With a surface area of 152 m², Maison Elleviou is located between the Sacré Cœur district and the Arsenal Redon, a few minutes from the Nantes bridge and the city center, it can accommodate up to 10 travelers for a professional stay or a tourist visit in Rennes. Ideal for a group of friends, a business trip with colleagues or a family of 10 people, you will particularly appreciate its comfort and calm.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- Beautiful bright living room with sofa, TV and dining area.
- Open and equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, hob, sink, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and electric kettle…
- Laundry room equipped with a dryer and washing machine
- Separate WC + sink
- Garden with a terrace equipped with comfortable furniture.
1st floor:
- A lounge area equipped with an armchair and TV
- 2 bedrooms with Queen-size bed (160x200), equipped with private bathroom with a shower, sink and towel dryer and storage space
- separate WC
2nd floor:
- 1 Bedroom with Queen-size bed (160x200) and equipped with storage space
- 2 bedrooms with two single beds in each bedroom
- A bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, sink and towel dryer
- separate WC
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the accommodation's private garage.

- Public transport: The C5 bus line is 180m (2min walk) from the accommodation, the Colombier metro stop (line B) is 1km (13min walk).
- Nearest station: Rennes train and bus station 1.5km (21 min on foot) and 1.7km (7 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport 5.1 km (11 min by car), Nantes airport 115 km (1h16 by car).
Other remarks:
- Roadworks are underway until 26.10.2024, making parking impossible on rue François Elleviou.
- This apartment is equipped with wifi connection
- Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared upon your arrival.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person responsible for reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
