Perfect location, great view. well equipped, comfortable. Even though the decor is tired, most things worked well.
It needs a new ceiling fan or a good quality standing fan (the aircon only cools the bed and then too much for sleeping). Also an extra power point would be useful for charging.

Pretty little unit with a great view across to the beach. The sunsets on display were a very special treat
It was a little noisy being below other accommodation, there was some foot fall noise early in the morning.

Not as advertised no separate bedroom
No obvious off street parking
Small and stuffed with furniture but no hanging space
Noisy upstairs like someone constantly dragging furniture around
