Spacious and clean room with good AC. Plenty of parking and quite a few food options around for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Even have a 7/11 for any last minute needs and a laundry place. All within walking distance.

While the rooms were large, the sound insulation is quite poor. You could hear the neighbors talking, coughing... The wifi was particularly poor. The instructions in the room don't work and after connecting to the reception via Line, I got new password but connection was extremely poor. I was not able to do any work from my room. The bathroom was clean but only one large towel. The bed was quite hard. Not very comfortable. And lastly, getting there and leaving can be quite difficult. Lots of traffic on the streets around.

It’s convenient to where I’m suppose to go for my meeting. They have a 7-11 walking distance, food stalls and Amazon coffee all within the vicinity. You’re about 10 mins bike ride away from the mall. Within that area you have loads of food shops etc.

Maybe because I’m staying on the ground floor they have a few small baby roaches you will find in the car in the room. Can’t leave food as they’ll creep into it.

It was a nice building in an area where it is hard to get a good place to stay (and I tried staying at the other places). Direct access to a shopping center with food, convenience store, a gym, laundry, etc.

Lots of bugs and worms. I rolled my ankle and fractured my foot from trying avoid stepping on one such worm late at night when my awareness and balance weren’t the best. I could hear every door open and person walking down the hall. Getting a taxi to get to a train station is a bit inconvenient.

Cheap, food close by

Has a kitchen with no cooking facilities. Only 2 cups provided! No cutlery or crockery
