I like the convenience of the property. I liked the balcony and the modern amenities like a Toto toilet and steamer in shower.
I didn’t like how the pool was closed, there was no ice machine, housekeeping came early every morning at 9am (while we were sleeping) but never followed back up later in the day. I didn’t like the discoloration of the toilet in my room.

Staff were really helpful and was in a good location
A few issues with clear window in bathroom and no fridge however these were quickly resolved with workarounds from the the staff. The pool was also not as expected however again there was a very good alternative we were able to use in the sister hotel

It was walking distance to the convention center and on a pretty quiet street
The room had a slight wet smell to it. Almost moldy.. the floors were also a bit sticky. The AC was either on full blast and freezing or off and muggy hot.
