    M book by app online, they give old small room. Reception not give ne response. They behave like they given free. Of rate. Lift not working. Given room in 3 rd floor, malevisitor not allowed in room. N lift not working every time u have to come down by stair.i I personally feel if u booking by app. Like free of rate whatever they given u accepted or leave it they don't bother. I stay before 2-3 times, thiat time m counter booked. They gavefull coordination.

    Not good experience, previous m stayed 2-3 times. That time m counter book. They give full corporate.staff also different. This time book by agoda, 1 st they give small n old room tv n a.c remote , inter comnot work . I request to change they don't listen they oblige me given room. Lift not work. Room given 3 rd floor. Previous they allow malee visitor in room .vthis time they don't allow. Every time I have to come down by stair to attend visitor. I seen they behaviour good to counter booking.
