Good size, rooms made up nicely, tidy throughout. Hot tub serviced daily, which we used after exploring all day. Good location for places we wanted to visit

Hot tub wasn’t very private, a privacy screen would have been nice, didn’t bother my teenage sons just me!

Very well located, clean and a good blend of modern/ homely. Wide corridor kitchen space and big rooms elsewhere - second bedroom wasn't needed on our break as a couple but more spacious (gap between twin beds) that the same style of property I've stayed in before. Have recommended to friends with children. Equally the hot tob was luxurious in size for 2 of us on our stay. I'm often anxious about cooking in ovens which arent familiar but it was clean and easy to understand. Instructions to locate were perfect so eased any anxiety no matter what time we arrived. Perfectly located within the park to use the shop and fun amenities whilst being privately separated by the golf course from any noise or people passing by the particular property - nicely private but also safe within the holiday community. Locally, lots to see and do within and outside of the holiday complex itself.

Had to work around a little snag - even with a Google couldn't get the microwave to heat. No issue for us - used the hob. I informed the owner but was clear we didn't need anyone to assist immediately. I'd be confident through my text communication with the owner that they would have attended or made arrangements had I suggested assistance was needed. But we didn't. It wasn't a big deal - green flag really on great communication.

Location was great, could travel to other seaside towns easily by car. Hot tub was a major plus! Facilities on the park were very good. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Would have been nice to have some outdoor seating, we were blessed with gorgeous weather & it was a shame we couldn’t sit outside the mobile home to enjoy it. Also the description mentioned direct beach access but the nearest beach was a 10 minute drive away.

Very poor wet room ,access water didn’t drain away as wet room should needs attention for furniture guests
