Central location with parking, making it the perfect location. Breakfast room very pleasant. Large, opulently decorated room.

Uncomfortable bed with plastic sheet underneath making it hot. AC was turned off at night making sleeping difficult as the room was much too hot. Only one of the many sockets in the room worked, and many of the light switches didn't work, including reading lights, so the room was floodlit or totally dark.

Excellent location for stay in Diyarbakir in a nice and modern hotel.

I felt less flexibility about breakfast timing.

Excellent location for exploring the city, we wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were all helpful, especially with assisting us parking our car, as we arrived when the city was busy with continued celebrations.

I liked the area. the breast was lovely and the dining space was great. the rooms were big and windows were sound proofed. heating system was great!

while the windows were sound proofed the room was not. huge gaping 2cm gap under the door to the hallway (see photo) my room was missing a bathroom mirror-like it had been shattered and not replaced. see photo the latch on the door had also been damaged, which left me feeling a bit worried about my security. see photo I could smell cigarette smoke every night as I tried to fall asleep -as a non-smoker this kept me awake. I’ve no idea where it came from- a room under me, next to me. but it was unpleasant.
